The Inner Room is a psychological thriller, which revolves around Julianne and her husband. To work upon their relationship post a tragic event i.e. the loss of their child, the couple takes refuge in a remote cabin. Here, Julianne becomes disturbed with horrific visions, which question her sanity. What she hoped to be a method of curing her sadness, post her personal loss, turns out to be a total jolt to her psyche.
Her world suddenly turns upside down with nightmares beckoning her and ghastly impressions crowding her mind. She perceives the threat to her life as she is hounded by a force that is beyond her control, and knows she is all alone in her fight against these mental demons as well as the visions she is witnessing, which challenge her sanity.
